Mouse embryo sections (15-19 days)
C57BL/6J mouse embryo unstained sections, cut from 15 -19 day embryos, have been fixed using Hito Modified Zamboni's Embryo Fixative [HTSHS0107], embedded in paraffin, sectioned in 7 µm thickness and mounted onto slides. The sections are suitable for in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, and laser capture microdissection. Each slide has two sagittal sections.
