Overview
Hito Iron Positive Control Slide is prepared using mouse spleen tissue. After processing, the tissue is embedded in paraffin blocks, cut at 7um thickness, and adhered to the central region of a slide. Slides are all unstained and packaged safely in durable plastic containers. Slides can be stained using Hito Perl’s Iron OptimStain™ Kit.
