H&E stain, HE stain or hematoxylin and eosin stain, is a popular staining method in histology. It is the most widely used stain in medical diagnosis and research. Hito HE OptimStain™ Kit is designed in a ready-to-use format and offers high quality, rapid and reproducible staining. The tap water in the traditional method is replaced by a bluing reagent which enables bluing up in a much shorter time and avoids tissue sections falling off from the slides.
